“You’ve got to start with the customer experience and work back toward the technology, not the other way around.” Premixed drinks may sound like a great idea, but are mostly disappointing due to the lack of control a consumer has on the pours as well as the missing ritual that makes making a drink fun. There is also something unappetizing and unrewarding about drinking a cocktail from a can as opposed to a glass. Branding agency PB Creative designed an innovative, refreshing and easy-to-use on the go cocktails that focuses on consumer experience instead of merely the product itself called Spirit ’n Mixer.
The packaging comes with a separate double shot of alcohol and 150ml can of mixer, both placed in a lightweight injection-molded glass. This system gives the consumer the flexibility and control of customizing the serve to the perfect strength and concoction. Not only does this design allow one to experience the pleasure of pouring, mixing and customizing, but also of drinking it from a glass that is already provided, which is much more rewarding as a result.
